As they have done for many years, so too this year the Board of Managers of the North Carolina Society of the Sons of the American Revolution met in Salibury, North Carolina to conduct the business of the NCSSAR. The meeting was greatly enhanced by the awarding of certificates, streamers, and medals which had orignally been presented to the North Carolina Society and its members at the National Congress in Sacremento, California. The Board also memorialized the passing of Compatriot Nat Clark, former State President of the NCSSAR and holder of a number of the SAR's most prestigious awards.
