Even though the day was cold, it was sunny, with no breeze to lower the wind chill factor. As it turns out, the weather did nothing to deter a remarkable turnout of the Patriotic Organizations who gathered at Morgan Square in Spartanburg, SC, then later at Cowpens National Battlefield. They honored the men who fought under Brigadier General Daniel Morgan in a battle that was brilliant, incisive, and well-fought by the Patriots of America.
